Flush Royale – Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Flush Royale mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms").

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must not access or use the App.

2. Eligibility

The App is available to users of all ages. Users under the age of 18 are advised to use the App under parental or guardian supervision.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide a valid email address to register an account.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials.
• Any content you submit is associated with your account and may be displayed with your profile name or other account details in the App.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account.

4. User-Generated Content

You may submit the following types of content through the App:

• Reviews and ratings
• Images and photographs
• Restroom listings

By submitting content, you:

• Grant Genquinox a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content within the App and in connection with its promotion.
• Represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to submit and share such content.

5. Prohibited Content

You agree not to submit, post, or transmit any content that:

• Is false, misleading, or inaccurate
• Is defamatory, harassing, or harmful to any individual or group
• Is offensive, obscene, abusive, or otherwise objectionable
• Constitutes spam or unauthorized promotional material
• Violates any applicable law or third-party rights

We reserve the right to remove or restrict any content at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

6. Disclaimer of Accuracy

Restroom listings, ratings, and reviews are entirely user-generated. Genquinox does not verify, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any such content.

You acknowledge that your use of this information is at your own risk.

7. Location Services

• The App may request access to your device's real-time location in order to display nearby restrooms.
• Location data is accessed only while the App is actively in use and is not tracked in the background.

8. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party services, including but not limited to:

• Google Places API
• Firebase Analytics
• Cloud infrastructure providers (Supabase, Cloudflare R2, Render)

Genquinox is not responsible for the conduct, content, or data practices of any third-party service. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and materials comprising the App (excluding user-generated content) are the exclusive property of Genquinox or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, distribute, or otherwise exploit the App or its content without our prior written consent.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, if you:

• Violate any provision of these Terms
• Engage in abusive or fraudulent behavior on the platform
• Post content that is harmful, illegal, or otherwise prohibited

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind.
• Genquinox shall not be liable for any damages arising from:
  • User-generated content or reliance on information provided by other users
  • Inaccurate or incomplete restroom data
  • Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the App
  • Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting within the App. Your continued use of the App following any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
