Delete Your Flush Royale Account

Developer: Matti Svatizky (operating under the name "Genquinox") App: Flush Royale – Restroom Finder & Ratings

You can request deletion of your Flush Royale account and all associated personal data at any time, directly from within the app. This page explains how to do so and what happens to your data.

How to Delete Your Account

Account deletion is handled entirely within the Flush Royale app:

1. Open the Flush Royale app and make sure you are signed in.
2. Tap the Profile tab at the bottom of the screen.
3. Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm your choice when prompted. Your account will be deleted immediately.

What Data Is Deleted

Upon account deletion, the following data is permanently removed from our systems:

• Your email address and username
• Your profile photo
• Your account credentials and authentication records
• Your private account settings and preferences
• Any support tickets or reports submitted under your account

What Data May Be Retained

To preserve the integrity of the platform for other users, the following content may be retained in de-identified form after account deletion:

• Restroom listings you created (with your identity removed)
• Ratings and reviews you submitted (with your identity removed)
• Photos attached to ratings (with your identity removed)

This de-identified content is no longer linked to your identity in any way.

No App Access Required

If you no longer have access to the app or are unable to sign in, you can request account deletion by contacting us directly:

Please include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days.
